Ein Referenz-Prozessmodell für das Beziehungsmanagement von Nonprofit-Organisationen

Abstract

The management of relationship to sponsors is essential for most nonprofit organizations. Therefore a number of business processes are necessary but yet there is no reference process model. While developing such a reference process model it soon became clear that the design methods for reference models which were found in literature are only limited suitable to take into consideration for the specific characteristics of nonprofit organizations. This article, based on a life-cycle model of sponsor relationship, creates a reference process model for nonprofit organizations. Furthermore, the evaluation of this model is described in a field study with several nonprofit organizations.
