| Abstract: | The synthesis of functionalized Gd(III)-complexes (DTPA, TTHA, DOTA, DO3A) is described in this work. Several receptor mediated aproaches for molecular MRI were studied here. A novel opiate DTPA Gd(III)-complex was checked and showed on incubated C6-Glioma Cells in a MRI agarose gel phantom a concentration depended T1-contrast. |
