Comparing with other OECD-Countries the Early Childhood Education in Germany is on a very low level. The thesis analyzes, organizational structures are already available to successfully realize the preschool requirements and which ones have to be created or changed respectively. It describes, which curricular elements in preschool education are important in order to meet all requirements of a modern early childhood education, development and child care. Furthermore it describes and the circumstances to carry the early childhood curriculum in Germany.
