Das informelle Lernen in der beruflichen Erwachsenenweiterbildung

Abstract

The object of this thesis was to find out and to analyse the external circumstances of the informal learning of adult advanced educational training and to focus mainly onthe reasons and effects of it. There are specified definitions and delimitations and many aspects of the informal learning.A part of the chapter describes the informal learning in educational programs of theeuropean union.Besides there are analysed theoretical models of adult motivation in learning in consideration of last psychological and pedagogical knowledge. The empirical analysiswas realized in Poland, Germany and the United States of America.
