The cortex is considered as neuronal analyzer of space- and time-frequencies. It leads to the general concept of brain functional asymmetry: the left hemisphere (LH) works as the local and the right hemisphere (RH) as the global Fourier-filter. Corresponding concept of the muscular and neuronal Alpha-modules allows unified Fourier-description for perception / action (visual recognition, art aesthetics, etc.) and clarifies the functional role of EEG rhythms. Creative ability is regarded as result of the "functional mixing" in the RH, caused biologically - by the prenatal testosterone, with resulting left-handedness, ambidexterity, etc., or caused culturally - by the RH- Chinese writing, etc.). Additional RH-speech-center in the extended RH-temporal plana seems to be decisive for the creative geniality. This leads to the most creative adult/children dialogic mind (Da Vinci, Goethe, Mozart, Einstein, Sacharov, etc.) Fostering creativity considered being as the most important educational task of the coming global innovative culture. |
