Berufliche Unsicherheit bei Lehrkräften und deren Zusammenhang zur Lehrerkooperation(2012-01-18); ; ; In research literature, the often lamented lack of teacher cooperation at German schools is explained by the so-called uncertainty of the teaching profession. Based on the sociological work of Lortie (1975) it is assumed that some typical conditions in this profession are making it difficult for teachers to evaluate their own professional competencies. These uncertain teachers are avoiding cooperation because of their fear of negative evaluation. In an empirical survey with 377 German teachers these hypotheses are tested via multiple regression analyses and structural equation modeling. The results demonstrate that most of the endemic uncertainties are only experienced on a low level and that the relationship between occupational self-esteem and teacher cooperation is significant, though not very strong. Teamorientierung und Einstellungen zu Formen der Lehrerkooperation bei Bremer Lehrkräften.(2007-07-17); Arbeiten Lehrer isoliert von ihren Kollegen als Einzelkämpfer nebeneinander her? Und wenn ja, wollen sie das auch? Diese zwei Fragen bilden den Rahmen für die vorliegende empirische Untersuchung, die im Zeitraum von März bis April 2007 an 223 Bremer Lehrkräften aus allen Schulstufen durchgeführt wurde. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Studien zum Thema Lehrerkooperation werden dabei nicht nur die Häufigkeit der Realisierung unterschiedlicher Formen der Zusammenarbeit abgefragt, sondern auch die Einstellungen der Lehrkräfte zu konkreten Kooperationsformen sowie ihre allgemeine Teamorientierung. Dabei zeigt sich, dass der aktuelle Stand der Lehrerkooperation in Bremen vergleichbar ist mit den Ergebnissen der Studien aus anderen Bundesländern. Relativ anspruchslose Kooperationsformen, wie der Austausch von Informationen und Materialien, werden oft bis gelegentlich realisiert. Anspruchsvolle Formen der Zusammenarbeit wie Unterrichtshospitation, Supervision oder Teamteaching finden dagegen nur gelegentlich bis nie statt. Das in der Forschungsliteratur unterstellte Autonomiestreben der Lehrkräfte konnte dagegen nicht bestätigt werden. Erfassung der Wichtigkeit und Reflexion von Werten in der frühen und mittleren Adoleszenz(2008-10-31); ; ; Based on an psychological definition of the term 'value' the value orientations of adolescents aged 10 to 16 are surveyed. The suggested definition of #values' and 'value orientations' underlines the psychological character of these terms. The surveys contain three independent samples and refer to the cognitive reflection and importance of six personal (family, friendship, personal freedom, partnership, attractiveness, achievement at school) and two societal values (human society and political power). First, the entity of adolescents' values is surveyed using a qualitative method. 19 personal and 8 societal values are found. Based on these results and on a second sample of N = 200 adolescents a value questionnaire is constructed and evaluated. In the third step the questionnaire is used to survey the value orientations of N = 486 adolescents aged 10 to 16. Among other things the results give new suggestions for value education at schools.Dissertation739 472
