Zusammenfassung
Part I gives a critical overview to previous research projects and teaching ideas which concern the computer in German lessons (state in 1999): electronic word processing, databases, programming, classical drill-and-practice software and hypertext learning surroundings, telecomputing, computer as an object and motive of the literature, computers as an aid for the teacher.Part II expands the approaches with a perspective on the computer as a mass media. For that there will be discussed different media theories for whose basis computer games, off-line offers and on-line offers are investigated. The communication-theory perspective is complemented around literature (narrative computer games, fictional internet literature, cyberpunk). The media-educational perspective shows how the computer is to be estimated as a mass media in view of children and youngsters. This leads to closing didactic reflexions for German lessons. On this basis numerous teaching proposals are presented.
