Abstract:
Money gets still lost in the German health service by oversupply, undersupply and false care. The solution to improving the healthsupply lies in the use of the efficiency resources contained in the health system. A nessecary precondition is a purposeful allocation knowledge about the use and efficiency of medical measures as well as the transparence of the care situation . However, with many medical measures the question positions itself after her use and her quality with them are produced. At this point registries should perform support to find solutions under real terms of treatment. The dissertation examines registry in the care research, where they are used. Especially to find out the benefits from the health scientific view as well as the restricting factors. Considered that there are no general valid high-class guidelines for the planning, realisation and evaluation of registries the dissertation examines the high-class aspects of registries using at the example of haemophilia registries examines. In addition, it is examined whether the registry results allow statements to the care situation of the haemophilia patients with look at quality and efficiency of the treatment. This is important, because up to now different centres of treatment show different modality of treatment. On the basis of results of the registry analysis an optimised, EDP-supported haemophilia registry, the "Qualitätssicherungsregister", was developed. It unites the advantages of the examined registries, avoids their weak spots and, in addition, offers numerous other advantages to the registry operator.
