Clinical nursing education in Germany often proceeds unsystematic and has insufficent outcomes. This Thesis describes and evaluates the implemantation of special Learning Exercises into clinical nursing education to improve the quality of learning in practice. The results of this evaluation-study show, that the application of special Learning Exercises into clinical education improves outcome quality by establishing reflective processes in clincial learning and systemizing the topics of clinical nursing education.
