This dissertation deals with the life cycle development of small and medium sized consulting companies.Within the scope of this life cycle development are especially four aspects in focus:The start up process, Innovation within the life cycle, change moments in the life cycle and use of project management.Projectmanagement-oriented guidelines for management of the start up process, innovation in the life cycle and change moments are shown.
