They locate their identity today in an area of tension between mostly traditional education as an idea of modernity as active an indipendent young women: being a housewife and mother and a career woman at the same time. Wie lassen sich neue Erkenntnisse der Hirnforschung in den konstruktivistischen Diskurs eingliedern und welche Konsequenzen ergeben sich daraus für das menschliche Selbstverständnis?(2010-11-18); ; ; Neurobiological research has great impact on our self-conception. Do we have a free will or are we slaves of our brain processes? How can these modifications be described? According to the neurobiological constructivism, developed by Gerhard Roth, neuroscientific findings are integrated in the history of constructivism. On this basis new research is discussed. This process shows the boundaries of neuroscience, which is broadly popular today. On the other hand developments of interdisciplinary scientists are presented and integrated. The goal is to show that only a multidimensional method is adequate to describe human thinking and behaviour. The combination of biological, psychological and sociological approaches is the only possibility to avoid a biologistical perspective, which is inevitably incomplete. The media discourse according to neuroscientific novelties demonstrates the imperative for discussion in society.
