The findings highlight the central importance of situational awareness, intuitive digital tools, and resilient communication systems capable of functioning under degraded conditions. By combining qualitative insights with quantitative analysis, the paper provides an evidence-based foundation for aligning research and technology development with practical realities on the ground.
