Work ethics, religious beliefs, countries values and spirit of landsman are considered to be sources of social capital which strengths the link of diaspora networks and help their business succeed and grow. To verify the connections between social capital embedded in diaspora networks and the success of a diaspora’s business, the authors conducted five individual case studies.
