The results contradict many findings in German VET research, according to which in-company trainers have a lack of pedagogical self concepts. As theoretical framework, the established idea of development tasks (Erickson 1972, Blankertz 1985) was enriched by a vocational education perspective (Bremer 2004), which brings more light into what pedagogical concepts are how they can be reflected.deinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesstrainersvocational educationpedagogical self conceptsdual system of education370Von der Facharbeit in die Ausbildung : Empirische Studie und theoretischer Rahmen zur Erforschung des pädagogischen Selbstverständnisses hauptamtlicher Ausbilder und AusbilderinnenFrom craftsman to trainer : an empirical study and a theoretical framework for the research on pedagogical self concepts of full-time trainer in German VETDissertationurn:nbn:de:gbv:46-00104110-18
