This thesis is based on three surveys which targeted on the following two main objectives (1) examination of the relation between competencies and deficits of children and adolescents, (2) review of specific criteria of the KANN test quality. Referring to objective (1) the KANN is able to differentiate between children and adolescents with and without behavioral disorders (study I) or psychological disorders according to ICD-10 (autism spectrum disorders and/or ADHD, study II). The shown negative relation between competencies and deficits underlines the validity of the KANN (objective 2). However the explained variance is low which indicates that deficits and competencies seem to be independent to some extent. Furthermore in study III the KANN shows high intra-/inter-rater reliability between educators.deinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessCompetence Analysis QuestionnaireKANNresourcessocial competencechild and youth welfareautismADHDinterrater reliabilityinterrater agreement150Das Kompetenzanalyseverfahren (KANN) - Ressourcenorientierte Diagnostik bei Kindern und Jugendlichen Überprüfung spezifischer Aspekte der Testgüte des KANN unter Berücksichtigung des Zusammenhangs von Kompetenzen und Defiziten bei Kindern und Jugendlichen in ErziehungshilfenThe German Competence Analysis Questionnaire (Kompetenzanalyseverfahren, KANN) - Resource-oriented assessment of children and adolescents Verifying specific aspects of the validity of the KANN with respect to the relationship between competencies and deficits of children and adolescents under the care of child and youth welfare servicesDissertationurn:nbn:de:gbv:46-00105515-13
