For this purpose two new educational kits called "Snellius" and "Fresnel" have been designed which shall provide inside into the phenomena of refraction and reflection of light at interfaces. The kit "Snellius" introduces Snell's law and has been developed particularly for undergraduate students of medicine, pharmacy and biology who have typically only bare experience in physics. The kit "Fresnel" makes it possible to study the Fresnel equations and is particularly suitable for undergraduate students of physics. The work is focused on the development, configuration, evaluation and optimisation of these kits with emphasis on their didactical suitability.deinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessmodern educational kitundergraduate lablaw Snelliuslaw Fresnel530Neue optische Versuche für die physikalischen Praktika am Beispiel der Gesetze von Snellius und FresnelModern educational kits for undergraduate lab courses using the laws of Snellius and FresnelDissertationurn:nbn:de:gbv:46-diss000120260
