Large bending angles can be achieved by performing of multiple irradiation cycles. However, industrial applications of this method are very limited. One reason for this is the extraordinary high effort in terms of computational time required by conventional tools to obtain the purpose serving process parameters. This work introduces a new simulation concept for the thermal bending, which aims at a significant improvement to the time efficiency. Therefore, it takes advantage of the incremental character of the multiple pass bending process. The break-down of the computational complexity is further increased by the model structure decomposition.deAlle Rechte vorbehaltenAlle Rechte vorbehaltenMetalworkingThermal BendingSimulation620Simulation thermischen Biegens mittels GebietszerlegungThermal Bending Simulation Based on Structure DecompositionDissertationurn:nbn:de:gbv:46-00103712-11
