Strategische Kollaboration im Ladungsträgermanagement : eine kennzahlenbasierte Analyse dynamischer Systeme und interorganisationaler Synergien

Abstract

Logistics service providers operate a broad individual container portfolio which differs from size, actual location, loading condition, status of ownership and so forth. Storing and inquiring time- and position-related information empowers operators to clearly analyze the utilization of existing container portfolios within the range of multiple transportation cycles. In this dissertation a performance indicator system is generated to analyze the performance of three container portfolios on a real data basis. This analysis allows to identify the synergy-optimal constellation among various indipendent organizations and to quantify the collaborative potential between those container portfolios.
