Abstract:
The study analyses which concepts actors in visitor centres of German national parks and biosphere reserves consider as successful to promote environmental and sustainable action and compares these perspectives of praxis with theoretical approaches from social science research on environmental concern (sociology, psychology, educational science). The empirical study is based on structured qualitative interviews with experts.
